Color/PBP Commentary
On-air color commentary for Long Island University sporting events and play by play commentary for University of Rutgers- Newark as a freelancer. Providing in-depth analysis and engaging commentary for games while working closely producers to deliver a dynamic broadcast.
Assistant Sports Editor
I help with pitching leads for sports stories, editing and publishing articles in the Long Island University Post newspaper: The Tide and on the official website. I also write articles and I’ve had to use journalistic skills of conducting interviews while bringing multiple perspectives to articles.
Editorial and Digital Intern
Worked on the “Listen In With KNN '' sports talk radio show/podcast, presented by Fox Sports Radio 96.9 FM/1340 AM. During my internship my responsibilities included: writing recap articles for each show, assisting with managing “Listen In With KNN '' social media handles, assisting in live game coverage, conducting player interviews,editing video footage, attending press conferences, shooting live events, and other duties as needed and assigned by the station or internship coordinator.
Radio Host
I am one of the hosts of the Sports Shark Tank on Long Island University Post radio station 88.1FM WCWP. The Sports Shark Tank is a sports debate radio show that airs from Monday-Thursday weekly. As a host, my role is to create the topics for the show, control the pace of the conversations, and use audio software like Adobe Audition to record and edit these episodes for our show.
